Warranty & Return Policy



Quality is our highest priority. If you feel damage to a garment or accessories is due to a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us, we would like to make it right.

Returned products are inspected and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. If the same style and size are not available a substitute replacement of comparable value will be given.

Return Policy:

Within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with your kardioxercise.com purchase, return it for a full refund or exchange.

How to return your kardioxercise.com purchase:

Simply box up the items you wish to return, in new condition, in their original packaging.  Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days.  Return shipping is at customers own expense and an approved return will also include a refund of the original shipping.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is posted to your account.

NOTE: All sales of the  Eat Right. Be Healthy. meal plans are final and a refund cannot be issued due to the tailored information provide to the buyer – all sales of this product are final.

Pre-order of dated material (e.g. KX Calendars) cannot be canceled due to inventory satisfaction.  KX Calendars cannot be returned due to being dated material.
